DIY Sugar Body Scrub

DIY Sugar Body Scrub

Summer is back in Dubai and we can go out!!! Moment of joy!!!

Until we realize that the mix between sun, sea, swimming pool dried our skin a lot!

Here is one of my favorite DIY body scrub. I use it in my shower in the morning when i know i might go to the swimming pool or for a run outside.

It keeps my skin super soft and it is a very good exfoliant. The peppermint essential oil is good for blood circulation and will help to remove the heaviness in your legs.

The plus, only natural ingredients and 0 plastic beads or fragrance involve! :)

How to do:

  • 1 cup of sugar ( I mix caster & gold sugar)
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil
  • 10 drops of Peppermint essential oils
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour into an air-tight glass container, then store at room temperature.

You can keep it easily up to 6 months at room temperature!

Enjoy!
