Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver across the UAE, 7 days a week.
Next Day Delivery
We offer next day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 10pm.
- Free for orders above AED200
- AED20 for orders below AED200
- Delivery window: 9am–10pm the following day
Orders placed after 10pm will automatically be processed as orders placed the following day and will therefore require an additional day for delivery.
Same Day Delivery
We also offer same day delivery in Dubai (orders placed before 3pm) and Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman (orders placed before 1pm).

- Delivery window: 4pm–10pm
Please note that while we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, we work with a third-party courier and are therefore subject to their routing schedules and delivery timelines. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee or request specific delivery times within the day.
Our courier team will contact you via WhatsApp and/or phone call ahead of delivery. If there is no response, the delivery will be marked as unsuccessful and re-attempted the following day.
Cash on Delivery
We offer both Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery options.
For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure the exact cash amount is available upon delivery, as our drivers are unable to provide change.
Delivery Attempts
Your delivery fee includes up to 3 delivery attempts.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned back to us. Any additional delivery attempts thereafter will be charged at the applicable delivery fee.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided, this may result in delays while our team attempts to obtain the correct details. In such cases, The Botanist cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery delays.
However, if your order is delivered incorrectly despite full and accurate address details being provided, we will arrange collection and redelivery to the correct address at no additional cost.
Order Amendments
Need to make a change to your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.
We’re happy to amend orders provided they have not yet been packed by our courier team. Once an order has been packed, an additional AED20 repacking fee applies should you wish to make any changes.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange collection and replacement of the damaged products at no additional cost.
Remote Areas
Certain remote areas within the UAE are serviced only on Thursdays and Sundays in line with our courier’s scheduled delivery routes.
These include selected areas within:
- Abu Dhabi Western Region
- Al Ain
- Fujairah
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Sharjah
- Umm Al Quwain
- Ajman
Remote area locations include (but are not limited to):
Al Dhannah City, Ruwais, Liwa, Dalma Island, Sweihan, Hatta, Shawka, Wadi Shaam, Masfut, Falaj Al Mualla and surrounding areas.
